the first meeting
[ It almost seemed the Primal had beckoned them. Alphinaud, Papalymo, Yda and Urianger had come to investigate Alexander, and there had been a large open passage. They'd all entered together, and there was a city. After a bit of navigation, though...
...there was a Primal standing in the center of the town. Well, it looked like a Primal to all those who could see it, the four who presented themselves inside. They looked like a being of pure Light, eying the four.
But it seems they won't make the first move. Not yet. ]

Um. Yes? And you're a Primal?
no subject
I am not a Primal. Well, I am, but I'm not dangerous.
no subject
Well- you're pretty good at looking it though! But that's- it's possible here. Right? We're not trying to cause trouble either!
no subject
I'm sorry.
no subject
[she knows they have the axe, but she's still slow to get out of the way, taking a bad blow.]
I jsut want to get her back- I don't want to fight you.
[…she'll try, if she has to- getting ready with her fists. Oh- she doesn't like this, but maybe. If they can get this Primal down enough to stop fighting…]
no subject
Until Urianger blocks his path, still masked. Tails swishing. ] This Primal is confusing... are you okay? [ His voice is a growl, but the Primal seems to pause. Clear for a punching? Yes. ]
no subject
She reaches out to Urianger for a moment.]. I will be. [she's just going to take that opportunity to strike.]. Get back!
no subject
Her punch was violent, and it gave the Primal pause. He moved back, yes. But he snarled, body trembling. ] I won't let Voidsent claim anybody. Nobody-- nobody has to be lost! Not again... [ Their voice shifts. Cordis is still trying to fight it, but... these others think of him as a Primal. Especially Diabolos, who remembers before - and is terrified.
Angellic wings seem to appear from the beast, multiple wings. ]
no subject
She shakes herself out, fluffing up.] I'm not taking anyone who isn't mine!
[That… that's intimidating again, and she backs away a step or two, before fluffing up her own wings, trying to seem bigger too.]
no subject
...but what is that sound, that clicking of gears? ]
no subject
no subject
It's lucky, then, that Yda managed to knock the Steel Cyclone out of rotating, knocking the Primal over for a moment. What now? ]
no subject
Please- I just need to find LLyse- our Lyse- and get her home.
no subject
no subject
…so where's ours?
no subject
no subject
…oh. [it was their souls that swapped, right?]. Um- have you seen her lately?
[she reaches out to touch them- giving the others an encouraging look. it seems like they're okay for right now.]
no subject
[ poor, poor cordis. Of course he thinks they're hurt her. But his voice is weakening. ] There's not enough time...
no subject
Enough time for what?
no subject
[ They seem to be becoming less Spoken-shaped as they talk, though. More examining. ]
But what did you do to her. You shouldn't-- how do you know her?
no subject
Well- we've taken her to a few places, but- that's not what you mean, huh? It's, um- there was some sort of summoning, and she and Lyse- our Lyse- got swapped.
no subject
How could this happen-- how can I trust your word?! You're Voidsent.
no subject
It's- uh. We don't have any proof, so- please. Trust us. We're trying to get her home- get both of them back to their homes.
no subject
from Alphinaud, as... Cid? It looks like Cid pushes though. ] Cordis! [ ...Cordis? The Primal turns, and just stares. ] Cordis... focus. Don't let yourself lose yourself, you'll regret it--
[ Yup, the Primal is calming, seeming to become reformed again. ] Twelve, I'm so sorry. I should have come earlier.
...Okay, what's going on. [ Papalymo asked. ]
no subject
She watches the Primal settle, going over to help Urianger.] Did you know what was going on here? How? How'd you get here,t oo?
